The Healthx app is available on both the iOS App Store and Google
Play Store for free, depending on your device.
You can sign up on the Healthx app from anywhere in the world and
avail our services once you have chosen your preferred subscription.
We currently offer payments through wallet, bank transfers, and credit
or debit cards through which you can easily pay right through the app.
There is no cancellation option, but your subscription automatically
ends at the end of the month. You may uninstall the app to quit the
access you have to the app.
If the payment method doesn’t work properly, try the following:
1. Try to update the app Via App Store or Play Store
2. Restart your device.
3. Try to uninstall and reinstall the app again.

No information will be shared with your company or anyone else unless required by law, in which case, we will first take your permission in form of a written consent to release the information.
In order to connect to the doctors and avail the advantages of the care packages provided by Healthx while sitting within the comfort of your home and being connected with your health provider, it is necessary to enroll in the app and subscribe to it.
